As the Operations Manager, Amanda plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the academy. She manages student enrollment, scheduling, CLEET compliance documentation, instructor coordination, and customer service. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure that every student has a smooth and professional experience from registration through certification.

Amanda is passionate about supporting veterans, first responders, and individuals entering the security field. She works closely with Jacob to maintain the high standards that A-TAC Academy is known for making sure the academy runs efficiently so instructors can focus on delivering elite-level training.
