Jacob Spencer is a highly decorated combat veteran and seasoned security professional with a lifelong commitment to excellence in tactics, protection, and training.

With 11 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, Jacob deployed to Afghanistan where he conducted direct action missions. He earned both the Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB) and Purple Heart. During his service, he specialized in Close Quarters Battle (CQB), advanced weapon marksmanship, long-range surveillance, small unit tactics, infantry operations, and crew-served weapons. He also trained soldiers from multiple NATO partner units, preparing them for successful combat operations.

Professional Journey

​

After transitioning from the military, Jacob graduated from Pacific West Academy, Class 13. He went on to work high-level Executive Protection assignments, including specialized training alongside former Israeli Secret Service and Israeli Navy SEALs for civilian-sector contracts. He later worked as a Private Investigator in Oklahoma, handling protection details and sensitive domestic violence cases.

In preparation for overseas contracting, Jacob completed WPS III and DDM (Defensive Driving & Marksmanship) training. He returned to Oklahoma in October 2022 and continued providing Executive Protection for high-value clients until August 2025, when he founded A-TAC Academy to raise the standard of training available in the state.

• NRA Certified Instructor – Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun

• CLEET Certified Instructor – Phases I, II, III, and IV

• Advanced training in: DDM Marksmanship, Tactical Handgun & Carbine, Executive Protection, Motorcade Operations, Surveillance Detection, Crisis Management, Behavioral Analysis, Forensic Interviewing, and over 1,100 hours of MMA training.

• Tactical Medical: TECC, TCCC, Stop the Bleed, CPR/AED/First Aid

• Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVOC) and more.
