Phase 3 Curriculum Includes:
 
1. Oklahoma PI Laws & Licensing Requirements – Understanding state statutes and CLEET regulations.
2. Surveillance Techniques – Covert observation, tracking, and evidence gathering.
3. Interview & Interrogation Skills – Extracting accurate information from witnesses and subjects.
4. Evidence Collection & Preservation – Proper handling of video, photographic, and physical evidence for court use.
5. Report Writing – Crafting clear, professional investigative reports.
6. Ethics & Confidentiality – Maintaining client trust and legal compliance.
7. Courtroom Testimony – Presenting findings effectively in legal proceedings.
 
Course Requirements:
 
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Must meet CLEET’s background and eligibility standards.
-Completion of Phase 3 is required for unarmed PI licensing; additional training is needed if you plan to carry a firearm.
