Pauls Valley High School Principal Tackles Armed Former Student

Police respond to multiple shootings in downtown OKC Saturday night
Lt. Jeff Cooper with the Oklahoma City Police Department said around 8 p.m. Saturday, a witness flagged down officers about a shooting and pointed out a person involved in the shooting.
Officers gave chase and arrested a 13-year-old and recovered a gun.
Officers said a 15-year-old boy believed to be related to the shooting showed up at a nearby hospital with a graze wound.
Cooper said while officers were working the scene, shots were fired on the northwest side of the Paycom Center.
Officers in the area witnessed the shooting and took a 16-year-old into custody and recovered a gun.
Police said they do not know if the two shootings are connected.
No one was injured in the second shooting, according to authorities.
Cooper said there is no ongoing threat to the public. Scissortail Park posted to Facebook on Sunday, saying the park is open to the public and all events will continue as scheduled.
