Approximate length

Outcome

You complete the state-mandated firearms training and are eligible to take the Phase IV Firearms Exam (administered through Oklahoma CareerTech test centers). Welcome to Oklahoma's Official Web Site

What to Expect Logistically

Psychological evaluation (MMPI) must be completed before Phase IV training, by a licensed psychologist using CLEET’s process/form. Legal Information Institute
