CLEET Phase IV

Service Description

Phase IV Curriculum Includes: 1. Oklahoma Firearms Laws – Legal responsibilities, use-of-force regulations, and deadly force guidelines. 2. Firearm Safety & Handling – Proper storage, handling, and maintenance of firearms. 3. Marksmanship Fundamentals – Stance, grip, sight alignment, trigger control, and accuracy drills. 4. Live-Fire Range Qualification – Hands-on training and CLEET-mandated shooting proficiency tests. 5. Use of Force Continuum – Decision-making under pressure and de-escalation techniques. 6. Scenario-Based Training – Realistic armed security situations to build confidence and skill. Course Requirements: - Must be 21 years or older. - Must hold a valid CLEET Phase 1 & Phase 2 (or equivalent) certification. - Must meet CLEET’s background and eligibility requirements. - Must have passed MMPI Equipment List - Duty Pistol - 400 rounds of ammunition - Ear and Eye pro - Duty belt with holster
